Christian Clayton was chosen to represent the U.S. as pastry chef for the US National Culinary Olympic Team. He has earned many perfect scores and gold medals around the world including the coveted World Cup in Luxembourg. Formerly with The Waldorf, The Broadmoor and several other five star hotels, he is now creating masterpieces in Maine.
